1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and booking through SevMassage, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking via Stripe. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: Booking charged in full, no refund

3. Service Description

  • Services are provided by a qualified, insured massage therapist
  • Sessions are for therapeutic massage only, not medical treatment
  • Duration and type depend on service selected
  • Location: Either at my studio (30 Whitmore Rd, Birmingham B10) or your home (additional travel fees may apply)

4. Health & Safety

Client Responsibilities:

  • Disclose any medical conditions, medications, or allergies
  • Inform me of pregnancy or recent injuries
  • Advise of any contagious conditions (prevent cross-contamination)

Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional standards and client confidentiality
  • Follow strict hygiene protocols
  • Respect client comfort and boundaries at all times

5. Liability Limitation

  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment
  • I am not responsible for complications from undisclosed health conditions
  • Client assumes all risks associated with receiving massage services
  • I am fully insured and carry professional liability coverage

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on this website are owned by Sevastian Massage Therapy or licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior
  • Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access
  • Submit false information or make fraudulent bookings
  • Use automated tools to scrape the website

8. Account Suspension

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or abusive conduct.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to small claims court or binding arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
